Refund policy
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Customized, made-to-order, or sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
Accessories and final clearance items cannot be returned.
3. RETURN PROCESS
Email us at Labelkhushbookathuria@gmail.com or call +91- 9871484504 with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or share the return shipping address.
Items must be shipped back within 5 days of return approval.
4. REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item passes our quality check.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund as per our refund policy.
6. DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
